Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Fit Flicks purchase. Here is exactly how our returns process works.

Returns window: You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

Condition for return: The trainers must be returned in the same condition you received them - unworn since delivery, with the original packaging we sent them in.

How to request a return: Email us at fitflicks26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with your return instructions.

Return postage: Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrives not as described or there is an error on our part.

Refund timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned pair, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Klarna and Clearpay refunds follow their standard process.

Exchanges: Because every pair on Fit Flicks is one of a kind, we cannot offer direct exchanges. If you want a different pair, return your current order and purchase the new pair separately.

Faulty or not as described: If your pair arrives and does not match the condition shown and described, email us immediately at fitflicks26@gmail.com with photos.
